How to reorder PDF pages

    Open your PDF

    Drop the file onto the PDF editor — thumbnails appear immediately.

    Drag pages to reorder

    Click and drag any thumbnail to a new position in the grid.

    Move multiple pages

    Hold Shift to select a range, or Ctrl/Cmd+click to pick individual pages. Then drag the group.

    Export the result

    Click Export PDF to download the rearranged file.

Common questions

Can I undo a reorder?
Yes — press Ctrl+Z (or Cmd+Z on Mac) to undo. You can undo up to 60 actions.
Can I reorder pages from multiple PDFs?
Yes. Add multiple PDFs with the Add PDF button and freely mix pages from any of them.
Does this work on mobile?
Drag-and-drop works best on desktop. Mobile touch dragging is supported but trickier.
